Administrative Services Group, Inc. Commonwealth Administrators and
Administrative Services Group, Inc. are located in Lexington, KY and
are focused on providing services to our Kentucky and Indiana based
clients. CA is a third party administrator specializing in the administration
of single employer self-funded health plans. The management and personnel
at CA have been in the benefits industry for more than 20 years and
previously operated Acordia of Lexington and Eagles Administrators.
Commonwealth Administrators is utilizing
the RIMS claims administration system which is widely recognized
as the #1 rated claim system for the administration of self-funded
employers health plans. This claim system is utilized by more than
300 administrators around the country and currently has an administered
member base in excess of 30,000,000 members. The system is known
for its flexibility and reliability in designing and administering
benefit plans that are designed to meet the specific needs of self-funded
single employers operating under ERISA.
